Making payments as painless as possible.


Greater Springfield Endodontics is committed to providing you with the highest quality care. Our fees are based on the quality of materials used and the time, effort and skill required in performing your specialized treatment needs. Full payment for service are due at the time of the service. For your convenience, we accept all credit cards, cash, check, and Care Credit.


This office is a Fee-for-Service dental office. This means that we require payment in full today for all of your services. However, if you have dental insurance, we will happily file that insurance on your behalf. Your insurance company will then pay you directly for any benefits you are eligible for. To that end: 

 

  • If you do not receive payment from your insurance company within a reasonable time period, you should contact them directly to see what issues they may be having. While each company works differently, most should process your claim within two weeks. If they require additional information from our office, please let us know specifically what they require. 


  • If your insurance company mistakenly sends payment to our office (even though we have asked them not to) we will promptly send you a refund of the money, we receive. 


  • If you have dental coverage with more than one insurance company, you will be responsible for filing with subsequent companies yourself as those companies will require a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that you receive from your primary insurance company.
